I'm trying the IP filter feature.

I created a dat file, it has only one line:
@49

I loaded that file in the IP filter view.

I see a list of dat files (currently only one file) with these info:
Name: = 49.dat
Action: Drop non-match
matches: In:0 Out:0 DHT:0 Trk:0
Status: OK (next update in 02:01:45)

I restarted the TIXATI an hour ago.

So I have this torrent and in the peer list, I see 3 peers:

I don't understand why only Belgium is blocked.

is my DAT file correctly formatted?
