With my seed loads, the startup of prior versions was tortured. In one instance, the GUI froze for 30 minutes and longer yet for my connections to resume.
With v2.32 alpha 3 startup, there was a short hang but in less than 3 minutes connections were restored and my UL BW was maxed out.

Another quick test was to type in a channel and hold a key down so it repeated. The prior verion would stall each 10 or so repeats. alpha 3 just streams the character without any noticeable hang.
Based on my first hour of testing, I think KH and krew hit this one out of the park.
