Often I've gone to make setting changes or set up a new Tix but see that the bottom border goes off screen.
Down where I can't see I expect an apply or save
button. Can't recall of the Settings screens need that
to secure changes (much like VLC would).
If the settings screens would show a lower border that doesn't disappear off screen, I wouldn't be trying to change my screen resolution to see what's down below that edge.
That's as clear as I can make it: put the settings windows
smaller inside the viewable area.
