My Tixati is saying it error saving config data. It is saying access denied. just started reporting this the last 2 days,started reporting this error yesterday, January 30, 2016. Has been working fine since installing in December 2015.  I do not know what is causing this. Does this effect my saving my files?

Sounds like a write permission thing from your OS file-system. In other words, either the file Tixati is trying to overwrite is write protected, or otherwise inaccessible. Have you tried writing to a different filename or location ?
