I have noticed the following, running TIXATI v2.31 with Win7 x64:
When I open a new "Add New Transfer" window and try to scroll down
to the files to add - I get the following msg.:
"Add New Transfer (Not Responding)" !!!
After nearly 10 sec's the window refresh - and now the window is
back normally and working.

This is not a problem with Win Vista nor Win10 or Win7 x86.

Has this happened to others ???
