Feature Request - Add OGG to supported audio streaming.

Most of the content that I want to stream is usually in OGG format not MP3.
OGG is a free open format so I am not really sure as to why it's not supported in the first place.

I would like to bring up that Tixati already uses ffplay or VLC to play streamed content and they both support it.
ffplay = ffmpeg
VLC = libavcodec = ffmpeg
