Peers are missing on restart

by Guest on 2016/01/20 12:21:10 AM
Peers are missing in Tixati on restart.  v2.31 running on 64 bit win 7 ultimate

I can add several good peers to a torrent download, and everything is fine.

But, the next time the pc is started (it had been properly shut down and restarted), all those peers are gone.

We have to put the peers back in everyday with every restart.

And this is a real boring and time consuming process.

That is because we see no possible way to do them as a group or batch.  (Feature request)

They have to be added back in one at a time. 20 downloads and 6 peers each is 120 of these.

And to make the maual process even slower, the address and port for each torrent must be in a separate window.  (Feature request)

That doubles the operations to 240 in my real example.

This is really a drawback and I hope someone has a fix.

wild guess... might the IP Filter function suffice for this?

Make your own "allow"/accept list(s) as a simple text file(s):
http://support.tixati.com/ip%20filter%20format

Enable IP Filtering:
http://support.tixati.com/settings%20-%20ip%20filter

Load the list(s):
http://support.tixati.com/add%20ip%20filter

Manage the list(s):
http://support.tixati.com/ip%20filter%20view

Not sure if this will do what you want, but check it out.
