I would love to see a dns-crypt client integrated within Tixati! :D
It will allow people who suffer bad ISP practives such as enforced use of the ISP's own DNS server that applies govenment's DNS bans (like AAMS ones in Italy, that prevent connection to non-italian online casinos) to avoid this type of ban.
Also a far superior improvement instead, that I would just adore, as it properly circumvents even IP blocks (when serious censorship is applied), could be an integrated TOR client for the sole task of downloading metadata, and optional connection to trackers (with an obligatory (without would be dumb) option to never mention our IP address, so it can not leak). Other features like the Web Interface must NOT be accessible from the TOR network (it would be even dumber then leaking the actual IP.
I love Tixati!
Cheers

DNS? for what? Tixati deals with IPs not domain names, unless tixati now has an integrated web browser (I don't see any).
Am I missing something?
And TOR, for metadata only? and the rest? so your protected while the metadata is being fetched but then youre pretty much exposed (while you're downloading/seeding?)!?
And please don't torrent over TOR....
Tixati... Online Casinos? what?
Right now you can set Tixati to use your own tor client as proxy to resolve domains, right? But it will use it also for all TCP connections? So I suppose the right solution would be to have a setting to use proxy for only domain resolution.
