Every time I update Tixati and restart my laptop...Tixati returns to the old version every time

Please advise what to do to maintain the latest version even if I restart or shut down my Laptop?

I don't believe this would be a Tixati issue (or any other program). Sounds like your system is configured to revert to a previous backup point, or something similar. I would start the troubleshooting there.
