Please post Tixati 2.31 settings for Private Internet Access on Windows 7 Pro.

I have so far selected port forwarding and region in Private Internet Access and a port appears when I hover over the icon in the system tray.

Please post novice step by step instructions on what I need to change in Tixati to allow it operation within the VPN service.  Instructions I have found so far on the net are conflicting and confusing for me.
