new tixati, lots of disk I/O

Hi there. Been using tixati for years. The last version seems to cause more disk I/O than usual.
I have seen several minutes of constant I/O after I added a download, and unresponsive GUI.
Did anyone else notice this?

you could try going to Settings > Transfers > Files > File Allocation and try one of the non-default methods
