On my system (Windows 7 x64) Address Space Layout Randomization is disabled for Tixati 2.29 64-bit. Did you forget to enable it when building? I tried forcing it with EMET but Process Explorer still reports that ASLR is disabled for Tixati.

Version 2.31 x64 still doesn't use ASLR. I didn't check the 32-bit build but both editions should be able to use ASLR. Most if not all other applications support ASLR. Is there an issue with the new toolchain and ASLR?
