Can I add a bunch of blocklists in a single txt file for the IP Filter? Using the Add button for each list will take a long time. Is there a specific way I have ot format it?

Can't think of any reason why you would want to amalgamate multiple blocklists into one list. What is the benefit? They work fine as separate blocklists and once they are setup they can be automatically updated to suit your own preferences - you don't have to do anything. So why add hassle for yourself.
