- .url and .desktop files that contain magnet links are now also processed in folders that are being watched for .torrent files

I think originally this solution was based on my request for my tv-series downloader.

I have these files that are like:
series_episode_S01E06_aaa.url

and inside this is what is in it:

URL=magnet:?xt=urn:btih:12345678901234567&dn=....   (magnet link and title obscured by mod)

When I click on the file, tixati (as the default handler) will pick it up.

But... based on the new feature, I would like Tixati to pick this up automatically.
(and it doesn't)

So, why? or what is wrong?
