Seeding problems

by Yersh on 2015/12/03 09:38:26 PM
Hi. Yersh is here, again :(

I made a torrent file with tixati 2.27 and uploaded it to a torrent site

After that I got huge problem trying to seed it.

All my peers got "Time out connecting".
Like this.

The only peer which could connect, wasn't able to download anything (he had speed of 0-100 bytes per second for the 5-10 seconds then disconnect)

The main problem is => I switched to Utorrent 2.2.1 and qbittorrent 3.2.5 => they both started to seed right away (the port configuration was exactly the same as with tixati).

Superseeding is turned OFF. and all other network options are DEFAULT.

Any ideas, plz, why I can't seed with tixati?

I not being professional, You do have DHT enabled? How many slots you have open and put seed in constant torrent to sow?

Open more slots, connect constant seed and how you have configured the connections example!

TCP=UDP Outgoing peer connection Protocol?

in my case I'm using UDP> TCP in both cases incoming and outgoing!

DHT enabled. Torrents are in constant seeding mode.
Options are default. I switched UDP>TCP option, but it doesn't seem to help.

Same problem here... still waiting for a solution somewhere on the internet. I love the look and feel and ad-free client, but it's pretty useless for me if I can't seed anything...

Yersh
My connection settings are similar to yours except I have increased the timeout intervals to 45 Sec.  see imgur.com/zyNarK1

Also, I note you are using an older version. If you update to v2.31 or the testing version 2.32 alpha 2 it might help.

And from the images you posted, it indicates that the remote peer wasn't interested in your piece. Give it some time and see if more interests develops.

MFChoklate, given that there are tens of thousands of Tixati users merrily seeding everyday, I doubt this is a Tixati issue. I seed 1500+ files with it, maxing out my ISP UL BW limit 24/7.

I'd look elsewhere for a solution to your problem. Anti-virus, firewalls, router etc.
