I can set the bandwidth incoming limit for the whole application with no problem. I can see the global effect on all the files. When I set the bandwidth incoming limit on one file by right clicking on it, the setting for that file shows the limit is set but with no effect on the download rate. Is there a way to ge tit to work?

I think you have to set global bandwidth limits in order to per transfer bandwidth limits to work.
