How exactly is it not working?
which do you have it set to, all transfers complete or all downloads complete?
any delay?
does the popup with the countdown come up?
does tixati close?
are you absolutely sure nothing is running that is stopping tixati from shutting down your system?
has it worked for you before?
is there anything different from the last time it worked and now? like updates.
it worked fine for me on winXP sp2 and on winXP sp3.
