open the settings (button at top-right of main window)

then go to page User Interface > Behavior

look for "Transfer loading priority/location prompt" and press the "Configure..." button next to it

a window will pop up, title says "Settings - Load Transfer Prompt", uncheck the first two boxes and click OK

all done!
