I am seeing a couple configuration commands but am unclear about use and/or syntax
##stream:
I assume that sets the default user level for streaming.
If so, would the syntax be like ##stream:Moderator ?
##ctrl:
I am unsure about the function and syntax for this.
When I create a channel and set Allow Sharing by default, I see ##ctrl:dl=normal is added to the config.
Does "dl" stand for download or perhaps download level, since this relates to 'sharing'?
Are there any other settings that can be made with the ##ctrl: command other than "dl=...."?
