Tixati 2.25 Ping error

Hi, I get an error , "Could not access shell 50689" as part of my Auto Bandwidth Limiter.
Any suggestions?

This most likely means you have no traceroute installed. Tixati uses traceroute in order to find nearest IP address for the Automatic Bandwidth Limiter to ping.

Pete is exactly right.  I believe Ubuntu does not come with traceroute installed for some crazy reason.

Just open a terminal and sudo apt-get install traceroute and you're golden.
