It appears to me based on watching the BW graphs that any upload/download limit if activated is based on the combined torrent and channel datagrams.

As noted, I and others have indicated channel connectivity problems with heavy torrent traffic. I like to run flat out, unlimited on my uploads but even though a set channels to  priority, they drop out frequently if they can connect at all.

Would creating a separate control to limit just torrent BW be possible, preferable? perhaps as either a hard limit or a soft limit, which could be exceeded if channels don't need it and BW is idle?
