I have > 300 downloaded torrents in list and tixati 2.24 64bit win 7. Sort is natural ordered view. Selected "All" category. Starting (I think) 2.12 version of tixati I noticed the order is broken sometimes.

Could you elaborate or perhaps post some screenshots?  Where is the order broken, and how exactly do categories play into this?

I mean freshly downloaded torrents from (1) where they should be appears right after download completion go to (2)

UPD. I mean torrents might go to standby with no reason right after download or became top (i.е. became "the oldest") in seeding section right after download.

That is the auto seed queue manager they put in.  It looks at how many seeds/peers and speed and some other stuff to decide which seeds are worth staying in (ones with many peers and few seeds, where you are needed) and rotates the standby ones every so often to check on them.

You can easily disable it and go back to old manual queuing by going into the Settings > Transfers > General and then look for "Auto manage slots" about 1/3 the way down the page.  But it work pretty good for me.  You can tweak it out too in the details button.
