I am told that those are required settings to best optimize tixati as seen in the above image.
These settings are different from my own calculations and others recommended to me.
After rudely being told that these were the settings and then just use them and forget it, I finally did.
The above pics show immediate reactions, the following and now current results. My In going immediately slowed by 2/3rds.
None of my full experiences are under discussion any more because my rude comments rather than the rude comments of others were removed and the topic blocked.

If you would try and reconstruct some of my long detailed postings and images to try and understand my long exasperating issues with my very slow incoming speeds since my first upgrade from utorrent and then tixati v1.8? which started as stable consistant 7.7 to 8 MB in with virtually no tweaking then my first upgrade and since slower and incoming speeds despite even a major bandwidth increase by my isp. Then please help.

Apparently other have super fast identical up and down bandwidths, mine must be like dial-up to them.
No matter what optimized settings I use, the fastest consistant speed in eons was after the upgrade to v2.23 of 8 MB for three minutes. But as always happens, the speed tanked to a stable speed of 2-2.7 MB from then. That is until the above mentioned must use throttles.
I have tried tweaking every setting of no throttles to sever throttles and every step in between. I an no newbie.
