I'm unfamiliar with this error.
Setting my output bandwidth is common practice on the transfer screen in previous editions.

Is there a spot on the Settings screen I cannot find?
I notice there is a 'button' to engage when input or output throttle is changed.  Still on the old version for now.

I had not run any torrents in 2.24 as yet.  The error occurs just on startup.  Plus I may load the 32 bit version rather than 64bit if problematic for Tixati.

Any advice welcome.

you can't find the bandwidth throttle / limit controls?

are they not in the bandwidth window at the top?  there should be a button next to a # box

If you post a screenshot or describe things some more I will try to help but I can't figure out exactly what you are missing...

Erf.  Ok.  Yes they are at the top.  I will reload that
edition and see if the error persists.  I'm not real close to using it yet-- am changing operating systems up to Win7 on this machine.

Any special instructions to post the screen shot?  Sometimes there are.
