What do "socket error waiting for reply: Connection reset (10054)" and "Error searching: Timed out searching for commands (50178)" mean?  Tixati doesn't have any help files that describe these error messages in depth.

Look like UPNP is not enabled on your router maybe?

You could just setup normal port forwarding and disable UPNP in Tix.

Although you say that, when I looked in the home section of Tixati, the incoming port status stayed at "Unconfirmed" (in yellow), but after 1 - 2 minutes, changed to "Listening / OK" (in green).  UPNP is enabled on the router, too.

These are the normal messages when UPNP is not available to Tixati due to firewall issues etc.

If you want, click the Help button, and in the Diagnostic tools you will find the UPNP log.  You can post it here or email to support@tixati.com and it will be checked out.

Also, your incoming connection can still show green/confirmed due to the UDP hole-punching features in Tixati, even without a mapped port.

Just to make it easier on you when you post logs, if the IP is 192.168.*.* or 10.*.*.* or 172.16.*.* - 172.31.*.*.

There is no point to removing or blocking the IP out. As they are Private IP address for LAN use.

So, no one else has any ideas, then, as to why those messages appear?
