What does that error message mean?  What can I do about it?

you probably have an anti-virus product or backup utility that keeps accessing your downloaded files as they are being downloaded

there is definitely another program accessing the files when tixati tries to save some bits

Thanks.  The strange thing is, several other files downloaded at the same time without issue, though they were much smaller.
