I'm using Tixati V 2.16 64Bit.

Whenever I try to throttle my connection down to 150K from about 600K (what it usually is unleashed), Tixati drops down to 15K and stays there, as soon as I unleash it; back up to around 600K.

Why does it throttle back to 15K instead of 150K?

Same here with 2.19, when i switch on Downloadlimit or Autolimit, my Up- and Downloads drop immediately to a ridiculous low value.
No problems with Uploadlimit.
Lags out my browsing too, so maybe Tixati starts pinging a lot and interferes with my vpn connection (just a guess).

If you have RATIO enforced ... i.e. 4:1 8:1 10:1 you need to have the upload rather high. I would suggest if you want to maximize, just keep it to AUTO under Bandwidth tab.
