2.17 A1, Windows 2012 r2 64bit, Instant Crash

Crashes as soon as you try to lauch it, doesn't even make it out of the splash screen.

Upgrading from 2.16.

Alpha-2 will be out in a few hours, but in the meantime, you can temporarily move your ipfilters2.dat file out of your config folder.  The crash is during loading of this file.
