Port forwarding no longer seems to work, whether I use UPNP or manually entering a port, even stopping seeding torrents, exiting/restarting Tixati; Incoming Connections Status still remains unconfirmed.

Port forwarding worked instantly in Tixati v2.15 and slowly (after a few minutes) in Tixati v2.16, but doesn't appear to work at all in Tixati v2.17.

Alpha-2 will be out in a few hours, and we are trying a fix for this.

But if there is still a problem, it would help us immensely if you could gather a few UPNP diagnostic logs for us.

Click the help button in main window upper-right corner, select Diagnostics > UPNP/NAT-PMP Log.  Once the port-mapping has failed or succeeded, press the "Save Report" button at the bottom and it will dump a txt file onto your desktop that can be emailed to support@tixati.com or you could probably paste here.

If I had a good log showing success/failure on version 2.15, 2.16, and 2.17, that would save a lot of time trying to track this down.

Please also check the recent threads reporting UPNP port forwarding problems in all versions posterior to 2.12 .

I've been using Tixati for a couple of years and port forwarding always worked just fine for me, until 2.15 and above got released. I'm currently stuck with 2.12 because of this, but I know I can't keep using it forever. :/

After the last few alpha builds and culminating in the release of 2.18, my port forwarding gripes seem resolved. Upgrade, guys. Anyone still having trouble with the latest 2.18 ?
