Seeding torrents going on standby for no reason

Some of my seeding torrents temporarily go into standby mode even though not even half of the upload slot are being used. I think this could be related to the fact that I have set the download slots limit to 1.
Does the download slot limit affect the seeding torrents? Could it be something else that's making the seeding torrent go into Standby? I haven't set any kind of ratio limits.

It's most likely the

optional automatic seed queue management system that rotates seeds in and out of standby depending on seed/peer counts and bandwidth

You can disable this feature in Settings > Transfers > General > disable the Auto-manage slots for Uploads.
