Hi,

I'm a recent Tixati convert (what a great client!) so I want to make sure I know exactly what I am doing. Currently I am using UPNP for incoming connections and according to Tixati I am receiving connections like I should. However, when I test the UPNP port with an open port checker like this one:

It says that it can't see the service on the port UPNP is using. Is that normal? I am asking since when I check the port when using manual port forwarding I can see it is open using this tool.

Also, I have the option to set a forwarded port to my computers fixed IP. Is there any difference using UPNP as opposed to manual port forwarding? Since my router allow both methods it would be good to know which method is best.

I have read all the optimization advice in the help section, but if anyone have relevant optimizitaion advice in addition to what's in help please let me know here.
