i understand that "network - connections - local ipv4 address"
can be used for listen only on vpn ip address 123.123.123.123, and thats nice. obviously, it fails when vpn provider changes my ip.

vpn provider uses specific subnet, so all possible addresses will begin with 123.123

can "local ipv4 address" filed contain wildcard, something like 123.123.*.*  ?
