What should i change, if i want only dead seeds to cycle?

put any torrents you want to ALWAYS be available on constant seed.

that would be all of them, all i want is to keep limited number of active torrent, and moment one of them goes dead, cycle through queue to find another active, i somehow managed to do that by putting few hours into mincycleage, not exactly what i wanted, but works
