[Feature] Allow to load list of country codes from an url

I have more instances of Tixati (eg. laptop, PC) and I would like to keep the IP filter in sync. It shouldn't be hard to implement and it'd simplify my workflow very much. Thanks.

country lists are embedded in tixati, they are same.

custom filters already can be loaded from url.

so where is your problem?
