Hi, currently when I restart Tixati (using version 2.16) the downloads will immediately resume downloading.
Simultaneously the IP blocklists will check for an update, unless the refresh time hasn't expired.
The current situation creates a small gap between the moment the downloads resume and the updating process of the IP blocklists.
Not everyone uses Tixati every day, so the IP blocklist data would (possibly) be outdated.
This poses a possible threat to security.
a) optionally refresh the IP blocklists even more often than minimum of 24 hours. (e.g. 12 hours or 6 hours)
b) an optional setting that will pause the resuming of downloads at restarting Tixati until the IP blocklists have been refreshed.
I think this would increase security significantly.

The next version, 2.26 (release in a few days), upon program startup will block/delay incoming and outgoing peer connections until any pending IP filter updates have completed. This will 'close the gap' so to speak.
