LOCK ICON NEXT TO DOWNLOADED FILE

I have downloaded the torrent file, but it seems lock.  How do I remove the lock, in order for the download to start.

The lock just means its a Private torrent, its not "locked".

Being a private torrent from a private tracker means DHT and PEX are disabled.
