How do I maximize my upload speed?

My d/l speeds are fantastic 300-400 so I can't complain there,
but my upload speeds are terrible.
Going at 2-8 most of the time.

I do use a tp-link router modem.
I upgraded my firmware but that didn't help.

I'm not exactly a genius with computers so keep that in mind when explaining solutions.

I'm referring to my seeding.

This is a bonus night. I get to use the same answer for three different posts.
At the top of this page is a button called optimize click it and have a read. It is different than the other clients but once optimized correctly you will have no issues.

Well that was a pointless post.  He can optimize all he wants, if the torrent in question has no leechers, it won't matter.  Also, his router might not even support UPNP, or about 100+ other random issues...

It's best to ignore such vague posts rlly...
