WIN64 v2.16 (portable mode), but also affected some of the recent earlier versions (can't remember how far back - maybe since the recent alphas).

Every now and again something odd happens when hosting a channel + streaming (unknown if this is the trigger) whereby the local peer suddenly disconnects from all other peers in the room, the channel stream skips to playing the next item in the playlist, and all the client bandwidth graph data gets cleared, including the DHT graphs.  It seems to also affect other currently connected rooms at the same time, happening on the same second.  It's like the client encounters a serious error but manages to recover silently.
