I'm looking to support distributed sharing when access is low. Meaning I want to support seeding of files when there's limited seeds around.

I see that Upload Ratio Limit is available, but this stops the seed when it's exceeded, but doesn't allow starting again other than manually. When configuring the Upload Ratio Limit, it would be nice to have a choice to either stop or set to standby for a time when the seed is needed again.
