Feature Request: Separate Downloads from Settings on Export

Could you please make downloads a separate export and allow for automatic backups; every 15 minutes and after completing each initial entering of dl location stage?

I have found that I am doing this regularly. Right now it requires each time unchecking all the other settings and manually adding -Transfers to each export.
