Something weird happened to me after installing tixati 2.16 ( upgrading from 2.12 )
I share a big amount of torrents and i am well aware of those that are seeding well on a regular basis.
After installing V2.16 everything went off seeding-wise... i checked my port re-directions reset the modem and re-re-direct on different port number but still nothing.
then i chose to install version  2.12 and everything went fine again. i just don't get it..
i even installed again v2.16 thinking i did something wrong and use the export config file from the working v2.12, but it behaved the same..
Has anyone has encountered similar behavior ?

Other than that Tixati is the best torrent client ever Period !

Any kind of exception or addition you make to your computer or router setup as far as security firewall or auto-scan must be updated for each version of Tixati. This is relevant whether you use a version dependent name "Tixati-2.47-1.exe" or the GENERIC "tixati.exe"
