ESET Smart Security for 2.16

ESET Smart Security 8.0.319.1 is preventing me from downloading the latest version 2.16 for Windows, claiming it contains a trojan.
Should I dismiss my antivirus?

as long as you downloaded it from tixati.com and it is signed it should be fine
