Downloading speed is not stable.

As you can see, the download speed does increase to 200kb for a while, and then dropped again. But sometimes it dropped to around 20 kb and never increase again for a certain time.

I just downloaded TIXATI yesterday, because my downloading speed from other torrent software is only around 5 kb. So I guess I'm a bit new to it.

I'm not sure whether my ISP is throttling my internet or not.

This is my internet speed, and may anyone give suggestion how should I customized my setting in TIXATI?

I don't really understand much about how internet works.

Is there any other information I need to give here?

NOTE : It is the same result doesn't matter I am using the internet(youtube, facebook etc) or not. Even if only TIXATI is running.

Your download speed depends on how much other peers like yourself are uploading. Most likely there is a fast uploader on that torrent. You have 200KB/s when he sends data, and 10KB when he stops, there's nothing you can do about it.

About your settings, you have 500KB download limit but from the speedtest it seems you should set it lower, 1.72Mb/s is about 200KB/s. On speedtest page go to settings and change speed measurement from megabits to kilobytes, save and do test again, it's the same unit as used in Tixati bandwidth limiter.
