As the title states, I really need an hour based seeding option. It would optimally be a separate option like the ratio options are.

So what would happen if both ratio and time are active? I would think which ever came first but I can think of situations where either such hardcoded rules would cause problems. So a weight option should be made and it could be greyed out when only one of the options are active.
