Not scanning / handling torrent files in folder when tixati start and .torrent is already in the folder.
I am running a cron script every 15 minutes to find .torrent files and touch them, and only then does tixati pick them up to include in que.

it will only look in the folder while tixati is running for torrents to add while it is running. it does not look in the folder while it is starting.
