Hi everyone,

Found a bug in Tixati 2.14a1 64bit. (Using windows 10 1024000 Build - retail version for 7/29/15 )
For some reason random torrents will stop at ~2-5MB left (99% done) until you either restart the torrent or restart the program. And even if you do either or both of those things; sometimes it requires multiple resets to get the torrents to finish. Please let me know if anyone else is having this issue. I have these stand a-lone; meaning that I already uninstalled 2.12 (It was terribly slow on windows 10)
