I'm trying to set up different settings for U/L.

In the settings for Tixati, I figured out how to adjust "Maximum peer connections per transfer" under Network => Connections, but can't figure out how to apply all the other options the calculator suggests.

Is it possible to apply the rest of the recommended settings in Tixati in some other menu I'm not seeing?

Tixati regulates upload slots number by itself, so there aren't any settings for upload slots (global and per torrent). There is no global limit of connections too. Try defaults for a couple of weeks before changing any connection settings. It may be not necessary to increase connection limit per torrent.
