Whenever I use Tixati, my preferred Bit Torrent client, it causes their entire network and/or cable modem to go down.  When I shut off Tixati and unplug and replug the router, everything comes back on without any problems.

This does not happen at my own home, which is a little strange because we both have Time Warner Cable and both our homes use Belkin routers and utilize OpenDNS.

Does anyone know how I can correct this problem?  I'd like to hear any suggestions you might have!
