When first adding a torrent Tixati is horribly slow. I really like Tixati, and so far I think it's the only proper 64 bit torrent client on Windows, but the initial startup, especially for large torrents (100+ GiB or many thousand files) is just terrible, much worse than the other clients. Hardware is not the issue.
According to torrent properties it's doing about 10 files/sec and the GUI is sluggish. Any chance to get this file scanning thing threaded a bit more or optimized, or even a setting to reduce the number of disk operations?
