Hi guys,
Can't figure out why my DL speed only reaches around 450KB/s, when other torrent software makes it up to 900-1200 KB/s.
Is there a limit setting that I've missed in Tixati/Win 8.1?
Any ideas?

This has happened in the last fews days, I would liked to know what has changed.

I found the solution. My outgoing KB/s was too high, I reduced it, I'm now back to 1000 KB/s Incoming.
